Lactation Interaction Cilotab 100mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. \nLimited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Expert Advice Take cilostazol tablet 1-2 hours before or after meals. minutes before breakfast and the evening meal. Do not drive or use machinery that required you to be alert because you may feel sleepy or dizzy while being treated with cilostazol. Do not take cilostazol, if you have congestive heart failure. Cilostazol can make this condition worse. It may take up to 12 weeks of using cilostazol before your symptoms improve. For best results, keep using the medication as directed. Consult your doctor, if your symptoms do not improve after 4 weeks of treatment.

How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cilotab 100mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
Driving Cilotab 100mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Cilotab 100mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Cilotab 100mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Cilotab 100mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Cilotab 100mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Cilotab 100mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with moderate and severe liver disease as the information available in these patients is limited.
Mechanism of action Cilotab 100mg Tablet widens the blood vessels and decreases the stickiness of the platelets which increases blood flow to the lower limbs.
