| Expert Advice | Do not start everolimus and consult your doctor if you have liver problems, diabetes, high blood cholesterol, had a recent surgery or have unhealed wound after surgery, have infection, previously had hepatitis, are pregnant or breast-feeding or have intolerance to some sugars. Seek medical advice if you have increased thirst or increased frequency of urination, if you get any infection, suffer from shortness of breath, cough or fever, need to receive any vaccination after taking everolimus. Everolimus may affect male or female fertility; consult your doctor if you are planning to have a child. Do not drive or operate machinery while taking everolimus as it may cause fatigue. |

| How to Use | Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Certican 0.75mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. |
| Driving | Do not drive unless you are feeling well.As fatigue is a common side effect with Certican 0.75mg Tablet and this may affect your ability to drive |
| Kidney | Certican 0.75mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Certican 0.75mg Tablet is recommended. |
| Liver | Certican 0.75mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Certican 0.75mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Certican 0.75mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease. |
