|How to Use
|Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cenopran-F 40mg/5mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
|Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Cenopran-F 40mg/5mg Tablet may cause visual disturbances, hallucinations, fatigue, mental confusion, dizziness or tiredness. This may affect your driving ability.
|Cenopran-F 40mg/5mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Cenopran-F 40mg/5mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

|Mechanism of action
|Cenopran-F 40mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Propranolol and Flunarizine which prevent migraine.tPropranolol is a beta blocker and Flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker. They work by stabilizing the reactive nerve cells and increasing the threshold to migraine activation. They also inhibit cortical spreading depression (CSD- electric waves that move across the brain and cause pain and inflammation).
