Common Side Effect Nausea, Stomach pain, Fatigue, Dizziness, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Headache, Blurred vision, Irritability, Hot flushes, Increased liver enzymes, Rash, Increased sensitivity to light, Heartburn, Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, Ovarian cysts.
How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. CCQ 50mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Driving CCQ 50mg Tablet may cause blurring of your vision for a short time just after its use. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Kidney There is limited information available on the use of CCQ 50mg Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.
Liver CCQ 50mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action CCQ 50mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Clomiphene / Clomifene and Coenzyme Q10 which treat female infertility. Clomiphene / Clomifene is a partial estrogen agonist which works by stimulating the release of eggs from the ovary (ovulation). Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant which protects the body from damage by chemicals (free radicals) that cause infertility.
