Lactation Interaction Cap 250mg Capsule SR is safe to use during lactation. \nHuman studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.Doses of up to 1000 mg daily produce low levels in milk and would not be expected to cause any harmful effects in breastfed babies.
Common Side Effect Decreased potassium level in blood, Paresthesia (tingling or pricking sensation), Drowsiness, Kidney stone.

Kidney Cap 250mg Capsule SR should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Cap 250mg Capsule SR may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Cap 250mg Capsule SR is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Liver Cap 250mg Capsule SR should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Cap 250mg Capsule SR may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Cap 250mg Capsule SR is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Mechanism of action Cap 250mg Capsule SR reduces the formation of aqueous humor (fluid in the eye), which in turn lowers high pressure in the eye.
