Driving Do not drive unless you are feeling well.As BOZETAN 62.5 MG TABLET can induce hypotension (decrease of your blood pressure) which can make you feel dizzy and this can affect your ability to drive.
Kidney BOZETAN 62.5 MG TABLET is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of BOZETAN 62.5 MG TABLET is recommended.
Liver BOZETAN 62.5 MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of BOZETAN 62.5 MG TABLET may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of BOZETAN 62.5 MG TABLET is not recommended in patients with moderate and severe liver disease.
Mechanism of action BOZETAN 62.5 MG TABLET is an endothelin receptor antagonist. It works by suppressing the action of endothelin, a natural substance that tightens the blood vessels and prevents normal blood flow in patients who have pulmonary hypertension.
