How to Use | Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Besicor-C 5 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it preferably in the morning. |

Mechanism of action | Besicor-C 5 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cilnidipine and bisoprolol which lower blood pressure effectively. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker which works by relaxing blood vessels while bisoprolol is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate. Together, they make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. |
