| Lactation Interaction | Efimox 775mg Tablet ER is safe to use during lactation. \nHuman studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby. |
| Expert Advice | Make sure you complete the course even if you start to feel better. It is better to take with food to avoid an upset stomach. Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools. Discontinue Efimox and inform your doctor immediately if you get a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing. |

| Kidney | Efimox 775mg Tablet ER should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Efimox 775mg Tablet ER may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of this medicine is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. |
| Liver | Efimox 775mg Tablet ER should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Efimox 775mg Tablet ER may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular monitoring of liver function tests is recommended while you are taking this medicine |
