Lactation Interaction Valamac 500mg Tablet is safe to use during lactation. \nHuman studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.

This helps to prevent kidney stone and kidney damage. Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney or liver problems. A dose of your medicine may need to be adjusted. You should not have sex if you have genital sores or blisters. If you're taking Valamac for herpes, you should use barrier methods (condoms) when you're having sex since you can still pass it on to other people, even if you're taking the medication. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding.

How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Valamac 500mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.The tablet should be swallowed with a sufficient amount of fluid (e.g. one glass of water)
Driving Valamac 500mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Valamac 500mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Valamac 500mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Drink plenty of water while you are taking this medicine to lower the side effects on the kidney.
Liver Valamac 500mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Valamac 500mg Tablet is recommended.
