How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Trixonl 200 mg/600 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Avoid Trixonl 200 mg/600 mg Tablet with tyramine-rich food such as cheese, smoked fish, meats and some types of beer.
Driving Trixonl 200 mg/600 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Kidney Trixonl 200 mg/600 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Trixonl 200 mg/600 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Mechanism of action Trixonl 200 mg/600 mg Tablet is a combination of two antibiotics: Cefixime and Linezolid. Cefixime works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Linezolid stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Together, they eradicate your infection effectively.
