How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Trigabantin 300 Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.Take it 30 mins before food.
Driving Trigabantin 300 Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Trigabantin 300 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Trigabantin 300 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Mechanism of action Trigabantin 300 Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Gabapentin, Methylcobalamin and Alpha Lipoic Acid. Gabapentin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B which helps in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Alpha Lipoic Acid is a naturally occurring fatty acid which has a protective effect on brain and nerve tissue. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).
