| How to Use | Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Terfed D 129mg/60mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. |
| Driving | Terfed D 129mg/60mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive. |

| Mechanism of action | Terfed D 129mg/60mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Pseudoephedrine and Terfenadine which relieve sneezing and runny nose due to allergies. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing temporary relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Terfenadine is an antiallergic which blocks the action of a chemical messenger (histamine) responsible for runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. |
