Lactation Interaction Rokcin 150mg Tablet is safe to use during lactation. \nHuman studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Expert Advice Rokcin will cure your infection and improve symptoms. It may cause an upset stomach. If this happens to you, take it with food. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools. Do not take antacids 2 hours before or after taking Rokcin.

How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rokcin 150mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
Driving Rokcin 150mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Rokcin 150mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Rokcin 150mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Rokcin 150mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Rokcin 150mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action Rokcin 150mg Tablet is a macrolide antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins, which are required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
