Alchohol Interaction Taking a large amount of alcohol can increase acidity and cause acid reflux in the food pipe causing heartburn. This would decrease the effect of this drug and can aggravate your underlying condition.
Pregnancy Interaction Rale-AP 100mg/325mg/20mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Interaction No information is available on the use of Rale-AP 100mg/325mg/20mg Tablet during lactation. Please consult your doctor.
Common Side Effect Nausea, Diarrhoea, Constipation, Stomach pain, Flatulence, Loss of appetite, Weakness, Flu-like symptoms.
How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rale-AP 100mg/325mg/20mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Driving Rale-AP 100mg/325mg/20mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Kidney Rale-AP 100mg/325mg/20mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Rale-AP 100mg/325mg/20mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Rale-AP 100mg/325mg/20mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Liver Rale-AP 100mg/325mg/20mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Rale-AP 100mg/325mg/20mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, the use of Rale-AP 100mg/325mg/20mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
Mechanism of action Rale-AP 100mg/325mg/20mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Rabeprazole which relieve pain. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Rabeprazole is a proton-pump inhibitor (PPI) which prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Aceclofenac.
