Common Side Effect Headache, Photosensitivity, Irritability, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach pain, Heartburn, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Increased liver enzymes, Rash, Dizziness, Tiredness.
How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Q-Car Forte Tablet is to be taken with food.
Driving Q-Car Forte Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Q-Car Forte Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Q-Car Forte Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Q-Car Forte Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Q-Car Forte Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action Q-Car Forte Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Coenzyme Q10, Levo-carnitine, Zinc Oxide and Selenium. Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant which protects the body from damage by chemicals (free radicals). Levo-carnitine, Zinc Oxide and Selenium provide essential nutrients.
