| How to Use | Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Vilcold Z Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs. |
| Driving | Vilcold Z Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive. |

| Mechanism of action | Vilcold Z Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Levocetirizine, Phenylephrine and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen which relieve common cold symptoms. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic which blocks histamine (a chemical messenger) to relieve allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. |
