Pregnancy Interaction Eptil 30mg Tablet XL may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Interaction Eptil 30mg Tablet XL is safe to use during lactation. \nHuman studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Expert Advice Eptil can increase the effects of other CNS depressants (alcohol, barbiturates) medicine. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking the Eptil, as it may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness. Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney or liver problems. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding.

How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Eptil 30mg Tablet XL is to be taken with food.
Driving Eptil 30mg Tablet XL may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Eptil 30mg Tablet XL should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Eptil 30mg Tablet XL may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Eptil 30mg Tablet XL should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Eptil 30mg Tablet XL may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action Eptil 30mg Tablet XL is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm without reduction in strength. This improves pain and movement of muscles.
