Lactation Interaction Mikopride 4mg Tablet is safe to use during lactation. \nHuman studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Expert Advice Take with food to avoid an upset stomach. Dose is decreased or tapered over time. Most side effects occur with high doses and on long-term use. Your risk of getting an infection may become higher. Tell your doctor immediately if you have a fever, flu-like symptoms, cough, painful urination, or a wound that does not heal.

How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Mikopride 4mg Tablet is to be taken with food.Avoid Mikopride 4mg Tablet with dietary sodium.
Driving Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Undesirable effects, such as dizziness, vertigo, visual disturbances and fatigue are possible after treatment with Mikopride 4mg Tablet. This may affect your driving ability.
Kidney Mikopride 4mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Mikopride 4mg Tablet is recommended.However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
Liver There is limited information available on the use of Mikopride 4mg Tablet in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.
