Alchohol Interaction Nodict 50mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Pregnancy Interaction Nodict 50mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Interaction Nodict 50mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. \nLimited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Expert Advice Do not consume opioid (opioid free) for a minimum of 7-10 days before starting naltrexone therapy. Your doctor may perform naloxone challenge test (a diagnosis for chronic opiate abuse) before starting the treatment with naltrexone. Do not consume opioid derivatives while on naltrexone treatment. Naltrexone is not recommended in children. Inform your doctor if you are taking or have recently taken any medications for diarrhea, cough, pain, or disulfiram and thioridazine. Do not drive or operate machine as you may feel dizzy or tired. Tell your doctor if you are or planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.

How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nodict 50mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Driving Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Nodict 50mg Tablet may make you feel tired or dizzy. This may affect your driving ability.
Kidney Nodict 50mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nodict 50mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Nodict 50mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Nodict 50mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular monitoring of liver function tests is advisable while you are taking this medicine.
