Alchohol Interaction	Taking melatonin with alcohol may cause sleepiness and the effects may become even stronger.
Pregnancy Interaction	Unknown. Human and animal studies are not available. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Interaction	Zytonin Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. \nLimited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Common Side Effect	Dizziness, Drowsiness, Nausea, Headache.
How to Use	Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zytonin Tablet is to be taken with food.
Driving	Zytonin Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney	Zytonin Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Zytonin Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Liver	Zytonin Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Zytonin Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action	Zytonin Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Melatonin and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) which help you sleep. Melatonin is a natural hormone which helps to regulate the sleep-wake cycle. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) provides essential nutrients.
