Pregnancy Interaction Roxarivaben 10mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Interaction Roxarivaben 10mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. \nLimited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Expert Advice Good medication for preventing blood clots. For best results, take Roxarivaben at the same time every day. It is better to take at night with meals. Doesn't require regular blood tests (PT-INR). Interacts less with food or other medicines; hence doesn’t require frequent dose changes. Roxarivaben increases your risk of bleeding. Be careful while shaving, cutting fingernails or toenails, using sharp objects or engaging in contact sports (e.g. football, wrestling). Notify your doctor if you see blood in your vomit, urine or stool (black, tarry stools or bright red blood). Notify your doctor if you have any kidney problem. If you are going to have a surgery or dental treatment, you may be asked to stop taking Xarelto temporarily.

How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Xarelto 10mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
Driving Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Roxarivaben 10mg Tablet may cause dizziness or fainting. This may affect your driving ability.
Kidney Roxarivaben 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Roxarivaben 10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Roxarivaben 10mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Liver Roxarivaben 10mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action Roxarivaben 10mg Tablet is a novel oral anticoagulant (NOAC). It works by preventing the formation of blood clots in the body.
