How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Stugipen D Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
Driving Stugipen D Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive..

Mechanism of action Stugipen D Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Cinnarizine. Domperidone is an antiemetic and a prokinetic. It works by blocking the action of a dopamine (a chemical messenger) in the brain which causes nausea and vomiting. Cinnarizine is calcium channel antagonist which works by preventing constriction of the blood vessels of the inner ear. This improves the microcirculation of the ear.
