How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a marked dropper and take it as directed. Peritol G Drop may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Driving Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Peritol G Drop may cause dizziness, sedation, and hypotension in elderly patients. This may affect your ability to drive.

Mechanism of action Peritol G Drop is a combination of two appetite enhancers: Lysine and Cyproheptadine.tLysine is a building block of essential proteins which improve appetite and digestion. Cyproheptadine works by reducing the effect of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the hypothalamus, a part of the brain which regulates appetite.
