| How to Use | Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Penetal 60 mg/100 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.However, take it with a lighter meal as it takes a longer time to work when taken with heavy meal. |

| Mechanism of action | Penetal 60 mg/100 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Sildenafil and dapoxetine which treat male erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor which works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables its erection following sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) which increases the level of serotonin in nerves to increase the time to ejaculation and improve control over ejaculation. |
