Mechanism of action Oviduct NC DS Tablet is a combination of five medicines: Enclomiphene, Alfacalcidol, Biotin, Chromium Picolinate and Elemental Iron which treat female infertility. Enclomiphene is a partial estrogen agonist which works by stimulating the release of eggs from the ovary (ovulation). Alfacalcidol, Biotin and Elemental Iron provide essential nutrients. Chromium Picolinate works by increasing insulin sensitivity by protecting the integrity of insulin receptors. This allows effective binding of insulin, which improves fertility.
