Pregnancy Interaction Nucoxia Ointment is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Interaction Nucoxia Ointment is safe to use during lactation. \nHuman studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.It should be wiped off thoroughly prior to nursing if it is being applied to the breast or nipple area.
Expert Advice It can be taken with or without food. Nucoxia may cause fewer stomach problems as compared with other NSAIDs like Ibuprofen or Naproxen. It can also affect kidneys or cause permanent kidney damage if taken for a long time. Nucoxia can raise your risk of blood clots, heart attack, or a stroke. Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney or liver problems. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding.
How to Use This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and gently massage the ointment. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.
Driving It is not known whether Nucoxia Ointment alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
