Caution is advised in elderly patients, as it may cause depressive and extrapyramidal symptoms. Do not take alcohol or sleep inducing medicine along with Nomigrain. Nomigrain tablet contains lactose monohydrate. You should not take it if you have galactose intolerance, the Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption. |
