Alchohol Interaction Taking Nimesulide+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen+Tizanidine with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Pregnancy Interaction Nobel MR Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Interaction No information is available on the use of Nobel MR Tablet during lactation. Please consult your doctor.
Common Side Effect Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Sleepiness, Weakness, Increased liver enzymes, Dryness in mouth.
How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nobel MR Tablet is to be taken with food.
Driving Nobel MR Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Nobel MR Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nobel MR Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Nobel MR Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action Nobel MR Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Nimesulide, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Tizanidine which relieve pain and relax the muscles.Nimesulide is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant. It works on brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.
