How to Use | Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. NEX O TABLET may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. |
Driving | NEX O TABLET may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear. |
Kidney | NEX O TABLET should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of NEX O TABLET may be needed. Please consult your doctor. |

Mechanism of action | NEX O TABLET is a combination of two medicines: Ofloxacin and Lactobacillus.tOfloxacin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Lactobacillus is a live micro-organism which restores the balance of good bacteria in the intestine that may get upset with antibiotic use or due to intestinal infections. |
