Mechanism of action | Moxtid-CS Capsule is a combination of two antibiotics (Amoxicillin and Cloxacillin), a probiotic (Lactobacillus) and an enzyme (Serratiopeptidase). Both antibiotics work by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering that is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. This treats your infection, but may upset your digestive system by killing healthy gut bacteria as well. Probiotics are added to restore the balance of healthy bacteria. Serratiopeptidase works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing. |
