| Mechanism of action | M Pride Mps 10mg/125mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Mosapride and dimethicone which relieve symptoms of constipation. Mosapride is a prokinetic which facilitates the movement of intestines, thereby increasing the frequency of bowel movements, softening stools, and reducing abdominal pain/discomfort. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. |
