Alchohol Interaction Taking Leflunomide with alcohol may cause liver problems.

Lactation Interaction Lefra 10mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. \nLimited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.

Get blood tests done every 4 weeks. This is to make sure that Lefra is not harming your liver or blood counts. Avoid alcohol when taking Lefra as it could harm your liver. Do not take it during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Tell your doctor if you become pregnant while taking Lefra. Lefra may increase the risk of infection. Driving Lefra 10mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Lefra 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Lefra 10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Lefra 10mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.
