| Mechanism of action | Kupffer Tone AB Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Metadoxine, Silymarin, Folic Acid and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine). Metadoxine is an antioxidant which works by protecting the liver from harmful chemical substances (free radicals). Silymarin also protects the liver by increasing alcohol elimination from the blood and tissues, thus preventing liver damage. Folic Acid and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) provide essential nutrients. |
