Drink a glass of water with 1 teaspoon salt

Low sugar

Drink a cup of coffee with 3-5 teaspoons of sugar 


Difficulty breathing, severe headache, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, pounding in your chest, neck, or ears

High BP

One glass of fresh lemon juice with ½ teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sugar


Abdominal pain (mostly in the upper abdominal area), heartburn or acid indigestion (acid reflux), bloating (full feeling), Excessive gas (belching, burping or flatulence), Nausea with or without vomiting, Acidic taste in the mouth, stomach discomfort, loose stools

Indigestion

Drink a glass of lemon juice with 1 teaspoon of black salt and ½ teaspoon sugar (at regular intervals)


Passing fewer than three stools a week, lumpy or hard stools, Straining to have bowel movements, Feeling of blockage in your rectum, Feeling of incomplete passing of stool

Constipation


Dissolve a teaspoon of castor oil in one glass of water (not to be taken before bedtime)


However, it needs to be noted that the above remedies are short term and to be used only for emergencies. It is advisable that the patient is taken to the hospital as soon as possible for future diagnosis and treatment.
