| Common Side Effect | Nausea, Altered taste, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Constipation, Cough, Dizziness, Weakness, Headache, Cold extremities, Slow heart rate, Numbness of extremity, Increased potassium level in blood, Decreased blood pressure. |

| Driving | Hopace-MT 50mg/5mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive. |
| Kidney | Hopace-MT 50mg/5mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Hopace-MT 50mg/5mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended for dose adjustment. |
