Pregnancy Interaction Glycovas LD 1 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy.Human and animal studies have shown significant adverse effects on the foetus. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Interaction Glycovas LD 1 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. \nLimited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Common Side Effect Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level), Nausea, Altered taste, Diarrhoea, Stomach pain, Headache, Weakness, Muscle pain, Increased liver enzymes, Respiratory tract infection.
How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Glycovas LD 1 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet is to be taken with food.Glycovas LD 1 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet may cause stomach upset if taken on empty stomach.
Driving Your ability to drive may be affected if your blood sugar is low or high. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Glycovas LD 1 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Glycovas LD 1 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Glycovas LD 1 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. These patients can experience very low blood sugar levels which may become normal after a long time.
