| Lactation Interaction | Enzide 10 mg/25 mg Tablet is safe to use during lactation. \nHuman studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby. |

| Driving | Enzide 10 mg/25 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive. |
| Kidney | Enzide 10 mg/25 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Enzide 10 mg/25 mg Tablet may be needed. | Mechanism of action | Enzide 10 mg/25 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Enalapril and hydrochlorothiazide which lower blood pressure effectively. Enalapril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. It works by reducing stress on the heart and relaxing blood vessels so that blood flows more smoothly and the heart can pump blood more efficiently. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow. |
