| Mechanism of action | Dynasprin 75 mg/60 mg Tablet is a combination of two antiplatelet medicines: Aspirin and Dipyridamole which prevent stroke. They work by preventing platelets from sticking together which decreases the formation of harmful blood clots. This reduces the risk of stroke happening again. |
