| Lactation Interaction | Duoflo Combipack is probably unsafe to use during lactation. \nLimited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby. |

| Driving | Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Duoflo Combipack may cause blurred vision and sometimes sleepiness or tiredness which may affect your ability to drive. |
| Kidney | Duoflo Combipack should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Duoflo Combipack may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Duoflo Combipack is not recommended in patients undergoing kidney dialysis. |

| Mechanism of action | Duoflo Combipack is a combination of two medicines: Tamsulosin and Solifenacin which relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker while Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic. They work by relaxing the muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily. This prevents frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination. |
