Lactation Interaction Dual Act Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. \nLimited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.

How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dual Act Tablet is to be taken with food.
Driving Dual Act Tablet may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Kidney Dual Act Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dual Act Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Dual Act Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dual Act Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action Dual Act Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Cefixime, Ofloxacin, and Lactobacillus. Cefixime works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Ofloxacin works by preventing the bacteria from reproducing and repairing themselves. Together, they eradicate your infection effectively. Lactobacillus is a live micro-organism which restores the balance of good bacteria in the intestine that may get upset with antibiotic use or due to intestinal infections.
