| Expert Advice | It is very common to have dizziness, lightheadedness, swelling ankles/feet, flushing, or a headache as a side effect. To lower your risk of dizziness and lightheadedness, get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. Inform your doctor if you have developed constipation during treatment with Diltime. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding. Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with any heart problems (heart attack, heart failure, slow or irregular heart rate). Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney or liver problems. |

| Driving | Diltime 90mg Tablet SR may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive. |
| Kidney | Diltime 90mg Tablet SR is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Diltime 90mg Tablet SR is recommended.However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advised while you are taking this medicine. |
| Liver | Diltime 90mg Tablet SR should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Diltime 90mg Tablet SR may be needed. Please consult your doctor. |
| Mechanism of action | Diltime 90mg Tablet SR is a calcium channel blocker. It blocks the action of calcium on the heart and blood vessels. This effect reduces blood pressure and abnormally fast heartbeat which lowers strain and oxygen requirement of the heart. |
