Alchohol Interaction Taking Dexketoprofen+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Pregnancy Interaction Deket-P 25 mg/325 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Interaction Deket-P 25 mg/325 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. \nLimited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Common Side Effect Heartburn, Indigestion, Nausea, Stomach pain.
How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.
Driving Deket-P 25 mg/325 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Deket-P 25 mg/325 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Deket-P 25 mg/325 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Deket-P 25 mg/325 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with moderate to severe kidney disease. Take plenty of fluids while taking this medicine.
Liver Deket-P 25 mg/325 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Deket-P 25 mg/325 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, the use of Deket-P 25 mg/325 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
Mechanism of action Deket-P 25 mg/325 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Dexketoprofen and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen. They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
