Alchohol Interaction Taking diclofenac with alcohol can increase your risk of stomach bleeding.
Pregnancy Interaction Chymoral Plus Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Common Side Effect Nausea, Vomiting, Indigestion, Heartburn, Stomach pain, Loss of appetite, Diarrhoea.
How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Chymoral Plus Tablet is to be taken with food.This will help to avoid acidity and heartburn.
Driving Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Chymoral Plus Tablet may cause headaches, blurred vision, dizziness or drowsiness in some patients. This may affect your ability to drive.
Kidney Chymoral Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Chymoral Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Chymoral Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Chymoral Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular monitoring of liver function tests is recommended in patients with liver disease if this medicine is to be taken for a long time.
Mechanism of action Chymoral Plus Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Trypsin Chymotrypsin which relieve pain and inflammation. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling). Trypsin Chymotrypsin is a combination of enzymes which break down proteins into smaller fragments, thereby making them available for absorption into the blood. Once absorbed, they increase blood supply in the affected area and reduce swelling.
