| Expert Advice | May cause dizziness in the first few days. Check your blood pressure 1 week after starting Carvil od, and inform your doctor if it hasn't improved. May cause fatigue and erectile dysfunction. Can hide symptoms of low blood sugar. Be careful if you're diabetic. Should not be discontinued abruptly as it may increase the chances of a heart attack or other heart problems. |

| Kidney | CARVIL OD 10 MG TABLET ER is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of CARVIL OD 10 MG TABLET ER is recommended.However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended for dose adjustment. |
| Liver | CARVIL OD 10 MG TABLET ER should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of CARVIL OD 10 MG TABLET ER may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of CARVIL OD 10 MG TABLET ER is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease. |
