How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Carpigrel A 75 mg/75 mg Tablet is to be taken with food.Taking it with food helps to avoid stomach upset.
Driving Carpigrel A 75 mg/75 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Kidney Carpigrel A 75 mg/75 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Carpigrel A 75 mg/75 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Carpigrel A 75 mg/75 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Mechanism of action Carpigrel A 75 mg/75 mg Tablet is a combination of two antiplatelet medicines: Aspirin and Clopidogrel which prevent heart attack. They work by preventing the platelets from sticking together and decrease the formation of harmful blood clots.
