How to Use This medicine is for external use only.Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye/ear without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid or ear. Wipe off extra liquid.
Driving Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Betafree Eye Drop may cause blurred or abnormal vision. This effect may seem worse at night or in reduced lighting and this may affect the ability to drive.
Kidney Betafree Eye Drop should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Betafree Eye Drop may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Betafree Eye Drop should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Betafree Eye Drop may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action Betafree Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Brinzolamide and Brimonidine.tBrinzolamide is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor while Brimonidine is a sympathomimetic. They work by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.
