Alchohol Interaction Alides Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Pregnancy Interaction Alides Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Interaction Alides Tablet is safe to use during lactation. \nHuman studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.Because of its low milk levels and lack of sleepiness, use of Alides Tablet would not be expected to cause any adverse effects in breastfed babies.
Expert Advice Desloratadine may be taken with or without food Tell your doctor if you are or planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding. Do not drive or operate machinery during desloratadine therapy as it may cause dizziness. Do not give to patients allergic to desloratadine, loratadine or any of its ingredients. Do not give to Children less than 2 years.

How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Alides Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Driving Alides Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Kidney Alides Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Alides Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Alides Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Alides Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
